Old fashioned customer service - top flight mechanics! When my car began to make a terrible screeching noise on a Friday at 4:45, with me over an hour from home, I knew I was in trouble. A colleague suggested I call Monkey Wrenches. From the first contact, they were courteous and helpful. They invited me to the shop, and were willing to look at it and make a recommendation. They also noted they were next to a rental care place if needed. Despite being very busy, owner Ted Curran personally came out and listened to my car, identifying the sound as power steering failure due to a fluid leak, and advising me it would have been very dangerous to drive with as the steering could have locked up. He could have said he'd get to it Monday. Instead, he kindly refilled my fluid box so that I could get home, advised me to get it repaired asap, and did not charge for his time or materials. This is old-fashioned courtesy and top flight service at it's best. I would recommend Monkey wrench to everybody.

I haven't had to have any work done on my truck in 4 years, but the guys at monkeywrenches remembered my truck and I. I had them go through the engine and other things. Somethings I was expecting had to be corrected was ok. Its nice to have trustworthy professional mechanics! They got me out the Dior in one day!
