Brentwood Auto Repair

I should start out by saying that one of my biggest fears is to be ripped off by an auto repair shop. So, I avoided the smaller named places thinking I was safer with the larger dealership service departments. I was so wrong. I was almost scammed out of over $500.00 from a Ford dealership for a simple check engine / sensor issue. I was treated very poorly, and on such an unprofessional level that I didn't know where to turn. I found Monkey Wrenches online, and decided to give them a try thinking I at least had their coupon deal to fall back on to ease some of the cost. They were beyond friendly, understanding, and knew their stuff. But it was the little things like closing my sun roof after I had left it open after I dropped it off. They spent time on my car, they spent time with me explaining everything in detail as far as what they found, options, and pricing. They were fast, and efficient, respectful of my vehicle and me as a person. And they charged me $500.00 less than the Ford dealer for the exact repair that Ford tried to scam me on. They restored my confidence, and trust not only in the automotive repair business, but they reminded me that supporting local business is far more important, and meaningful. I am now telling everyone about them, and trying to give them as much business as possible. They will be working on my sons GMC truck, and my husbands work van. They will forever be the shop I go to for any issues or concerns with my cars, now and future ones. Thank you Rima and team!!!

Took my son's car there for a starting problem. What they thought the problem was turned out to be wrong, they worked the issue until it was resolved. Very moral people with the customer being the only one that matters, hard to find a bussiness these days with that kind of work ethic. Great job monkey wrench.

We always appreciate going to Monkey Wrenches because of the kindness and honesty we are treated with. Ted and Rema always take time to explain things and make practical suggestions. I wish cars didn't need maintenance, but I'm glad to have found honest, caring people to work with to keep my cars in good shape long term.

We just moved back to Brentwood and all of my old mechanics are now gone, so this is my first time being there and I think this is good place. I am going back in a week to take care of items that were pointed out to me. I knew one of the employee's that used to work there. He would not have worked there unless he was sure this is an honest group of people, so I trust the owner and his staff. They did just what they said they would do and the office manager even looked up a problem for recall on my vehicle. Good customer service..........

They have been our shop for years, They are straight forward, honest and do a great job on your car. I brought my Mom's car in, wanted to see what was needed now and in the future. They gave me the most needed to need at a later time list. I would recommend them to be your shop too.
