It was so nice to be greeted with wonderful smiles and professionalism! And the job was done in a short turnaround. Not everything got done that was requested, but I believe that was due to an unforeseeable chain of events on the parts and the condition of the car. After all it has been driven for a family of 5 for twelve plus years! They did a really nice job on my brakes and my window that hasn't worked for over 2 years! Thanks Ted and Daniel Curran.

This was my first experience with Monkey Wrenches and I was very happy with the service I received. The work was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price. After working with a local BMW dealership recently it was nice not to have someone try and sell me on other work that didn't need to be done. Rima was great to work with and it's nice to have such capable mechanics so close to home.

I have a 2008 PT Cruiser that kept stalling out and shutting down, horn would honk for no reason and windows would not open on occassions. I took it to Monkey Wrench and they spent countless hours trying to replicate the problem to no avail. Rather than trying to rip me off and have me replace the fuel pump and other possible causes they were honest and stated they could not ID the problem. This prompted me to do a lot of research and I found what I think is the real issue, since Chrysler has had the same type of problems with autos manufactured between 2006 and 2010 and that is the TIPM. The Monkey Wrench team was good enough to locate a reduced price part for me and will install and calibrate once installed. They went above and beyond and I do appreciate this type of professionalism from MY new mechanic. Thanks Monkey Wrench
