Check engine light was on. Ted was very friendly and informative when we arrived. He explained that they would perform a diagnostic to determine why the "Check Engine" Light was on and call with the results. After the diagnostic was performed, Ted called and informed what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When work was done we were called. The person who took our payment and gave us our car was just as informative. We were satisfied.

It was a busy day at your shop. My vehicle was there almost six hours which is a long time for just an oil change but everyone was very nice and it was close to home for me.

With my dealership service plan having expired, I needed to find a company that serviced hybrids. I had a copy of the Readers' Choice Awards magazine published by Brentwood Press and found a recommendation for MONKEY WRENCHES on Brentwood Blvd. I made an appointment and was highly satisfied with the service from the initial phone call to when I received the bill. They combine professionalism with a personable and experienced approach in a facility that is clean and well-organized and I immediately had the feeling that I had made a good choice. That feeling proved to be spot on as I received the necessary servicing plus a few incidentals and they will even be doing a repair that I was told by the dealership would require a body shop. I will be steering all of my maintenance and repair requirements in their direction and recommend them without hesitation.
