Started having an issue with my car a few weeks ago and made the appointment to come in. Had an estimate the same day it went in, and repairs were complete by the end of the next day. I did not feel like I got overcharged or pushed into unnecessary work/repairs, and everything was lined out and explained so I knew what was happening, what needed to be fixed, and why. Very satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end.

The staff was very courteous and professional in setting up the appointment, explaining the work needed and delivering my car back to me on time.

This shop is great it's our favorite we have used it since we moved to the area 10 years ago never have they missed a deadline and the work is always top quality!! They have worked on multiple cars for us and our kids, and knowing the owner is a believer I know they are honest and stand behind their work, which is important in deciding where to take your car. About 100x better than any dealership or other shop around this area!

We have been using Monkey Wrenches for all of are cars for years. They do great work and give estimates that are great. Also give list of work needed in the future. No pressure. Everyone is so nice and right in the middle of town.
