Very professional. Quick and thorough and great customer service. They kept me informed of my vehicle, ie: costs, time, parts. Gave me advice on what future repairs may need to be done to ensure my vehicle is in top working condition.
I brought my car in with it pulling to the left. I was hoping it wasn't a suspension issue. Before I even made an appointment a technician went to look at the wear on my tires. I was told they would perform an alignment, but would check the suspension also. The issue was fixed with the alignment and tire rotation. Very thankful for Monkey Wrenches for being thorough and trustworthy. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly also.
