Had a pre-travel inspection..very thorough and detailed.

I have been there a couple of times. I believe them to be fair and trustworthy. I am 82 and they gone beyond normal to resolve personal issues. I will continue to use them. I am disappointed that they don't have a customer waiting area.

My experience with Monkey Wrenches was positive and extremely customer service friendly and continued to provide answers to questions that I continued to have on the basis of their recommendation which I expressed to them that I didn't want to use the dealership Mini Cooper to work on my vehicle because of my bad experience with Mini Cooper. I believe Monkey Wrenches is the foreign auto repair service I will use for my Mini Cooper Countryman.

Also had tire rotation and a brake inspection due to low pedal. Brakes feel definitely better after brake fluid added. Service was very thorough and staff very courteous. I will be returning for future service needs.

I dropped my car off at the designated time. I was for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be ready by 1:30 pm. I received a call a bit after 12 pm that my car was ready to be picked up.
