Thank you for fixing my car. The problem was owner error for putting the fuse in the wrong slot. The fuse chart showed I put the fuses in where it belongs but that was really not the correct place. I really appreciate you reducing the cost for fixing the problem.

My 70 yr old mom had her car totaled in an accident leaving her without a vehicle. I was able to get her a ford escape. On the drive bringing it to Brentwood the car shut off on highway 4 in rush hour traffic. I had it towed to Monkey Wrenches where Rima was extremely helpful from the start. Even though she couldn’t promise that it would be looked at until the following Wednesday they still had a technician look it over the next day.
