Integrity! I was in a situation where I knew I had an issue. They could have easily charged me to temporarily fix the problem, but, it would have been a bandaid on a bullet hole. Instead of performing the repair they gave me honest feedback (which wasn’t good news) and allowed me to make a choice. From a service contractor that’s what you want.
