I have had warranty work done in the last one an older vehicle I had. I brought my new/used vehicle for some work done with through the warranty. Every time I have been to Monkey Wrenches EVERYONE is very helpful AND they take the time to explain everything in detail for you. I trust the people/shop and I trust their work! From my first interaction, to the last- from start to finish my experience with the persons in this establishment was kind, efficient, and helpful. They were very attentive, informative, and never left me wondering what the next step in the process was, I received calls when the issue was found, when the issue was solved, the cost after tax, and, additionally, they kept the car overnight to assure there were no underlying issues that caused the main problem with the radiator. Ted did a great job with the entire process.

I couldn't figure out what the problem was with my vehicle so I brought it in to Monkey Wrenches. Ted had the car correctly diagnosed just by talking to him. These guys know their stuff. I will definitely be using these guys in the future. Don't monkey around with other places, bring your vehicle here. 5 stars!
