I’ve had a brake problem that has been delayed for some time. On a forthcoming LOF I asked for it to be addressed…the appointment time was scheduled for 24 hours ahead. “No problem” said Reina, “ I’ll order the parts so there will be no delays for tomorrow morning .” There is a lot that goes into providing service like that.
